3強は3強でそれぞれに良いレースをしていたのではないかなと思います。その結果がSociety Selectionってのはちょっと驚くが、そんなことも吹っ飛ばすPleasant Homeでした。ほとんど最後方から一気に捲って来て3強をまとめて交わしてしまうと直線の最後ではあっという間に差を広げて9馬身。Ballerina H、Spinster Sで2着しているとはいえ何なんでしょうね、これは。
いちおう祖母にMaplejinskyということで伯母Sky Beautyがいるんだから良血馬か。Mr. Prospectorの2X4という近交で父がSeeking the Goldではあるが、元々母系の質が良いし、NijinskyとPleasant Colonyを間に挟んでいるということで長くても大丈夫だったか。
